Please join our Senior Strength Training Classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
We meet at the Viroqua United Methodist Church from 10:30-11:15 AM, and at the Westby United Methodist Church from 12:30-1:15 PM.
This exercise class focuses on strength training and most of the activities involve sitting in a chair. Please bring your own hand weights.
The class is open to everyone, of all ages.
